I’m a 200hr Vinyasa Yoga and 200hr Sivananda Yoga certified teacher and an Ashtanga practitioner. I was born in Colombia and recently moved to Santa Barbara. I see Yoga as a journey of deep self-knowledge and self-love, where I remember and celebrate my essence.
My classes balance traditional teaching that is accessible for everyone, based on the concept of a smooth and grounded practice – an individual journey to connect with the essence of your being and your space of true love, as you infuse energy through movement and intentional breathing.
When I’m not teaching Yoga, I enjoy being in nature, running, hiking, riding my bike, beach walks and cooking.
