I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years, and teaching yoga since 2023. With a BFA in Dance, and a deep love of movement, I bring focus to the body through the lens of self-compassion, and with a sense of curiosity and honesty. I emphasize connection to the Self, through the breath and deep listening. In my class, I invite you to expand, play and smile through vinyasa flow, hatha yoga, fascia flossing and deep listening.
