Cynthia has studied intensively over 20 years with many masters in several yoga traditions, including Vinyasa Krama, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Yoga Therapy, and Yoga Works (Annie Carpenter 200RYT and Jasmine Lieb 300RYT). A 500 ERYT yoga teacher with 13 years of experience teaching yoga asana, her classes may be described as both technical and challenging. Her approach as a teacher is intuitive, creative, and founded on an appreciation for anatomy, history, and Yoga philosophy. Her deepest passion as a teacher is honest, simple self-inquiry (non-duality).
Her credentials include a Masters in Nutrition (MSNE), 500ERYT, International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT), Balanced Body Pilates Certification. She has completed several trainings in the Bhagavad Gita (with Chris Chappel and Devarshi Steven Hartman), and Thai Yoga Therapy. She has taught Anatomy in Yoga Teacher Trainings.
