I have been practicing yoga since 2010 and teaching at Yoga Soup since 2012. I practice in order to nurture both compassion & joy in my life, and to cultivate a radical sense of being OK in the world. My offerings are a spiritual mix of the things that have helped me along the way: poetry & philosophy, humor & playfulness, pranayama & breathwork, mindfulness meditation, intuitive movement, vinyasa flow, & alignment-based hatha yoga.
