Annie Guthrie
I love the way yoga helps me stay calm, composed, and able to handle the stress of everyday life. I incorporate aspects of yoga that I’ve learned over the last 10 years, and components of training that I picked up as a competitive athlete growing up, into my strong advanced yoga flow classes. Each class is based in vinyasa flow and is balanced with heat, consistent breathwork, and gentle ease.
I completed 200-hour yoga teacher training at Yoga Soup in 2020 and 300-hour yoga teacher training in 2024 with Jason Crandell. I continue to dive deeper into my practice every day, and I look forward to sharing my knowledge and love for this practice with you on and off the mat.
