Emily is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) and is certified in Therapeutic Yoga. She has over 10 years of teaching experience and nearly two decades of practice. She has completed multiple teacher trainings in both traditional and modern styles of Yoga. She is also a Licensed Massage Therapist with 10 years of practice and a NASM certified Corrective Exercise Specialist. Emily’s Classes are a Level 1&2 where you build a solid foundation for your Yoga practice in these one-hour classes blending alignment-focused yoga, corrective exercise, therapy ball massage, breath, and meditation with an emphasis on strength, mobility, and self-care. Strengthen and move your body, unwind your nervous system, and relax into the evening.
